Why "Get Lost"?
The idea behind "Get Lost" Media came from a quote I saw embossed into a red leather wallet in a little antique store while on a family trip in Tasmania a few years back. It read "not all those who wander are lost", for some reason it resonated with me - I've always been fascinated by travel, and not just seeing places but truly experiencing them for what they are. That's how I want people to feel about the work I create. I want them to be "lost" in the moment that the image was taken, I want to make people truly feel the story being told and relive it like they're actually there.
Hey peanuts, I'm Ebony!
Coming from an IT background where I worked as a Computer and Network Technician servicing hospitals, councils and schools for approximately 5 years.
Originally I was just dabbling in web design as I had a keen interest in coding at the time, when I started shooting for fun at local footy/netball games, I very quickly realised I had a passion for capturing and sharing glorious moments with others.
Nowadays I have a skill set that ranges from Web and Graphic Design, Social Media Management / Marketing and of course my main domain; Photography and Videography.
